Return Policy
Bella Rosa Turf Supply unopened merchandise can be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date by the original purchaser with printed or digital proof of a valid, paid invoice. The terms of returning merchandise are as follows:
Artificial Grass Terms
- Artificial grass rolls must not be cut or installed prior to the return. The purchaser is responsible for unrolling and inspecting the artificial grass prior to making any cuts or attempting installation. Any cuts or attempts to install artificial grass is an agreement from the purchaser that the merchandise is acceptable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the alteration is made by the purchaser or an installer of their choice.
- Any imperfections that fall within our warranty found during this inspection should be addressed at that time by making a warranty claim. Our warranty can be requested at our Showroom and can be found on our artificial grass product pages on our website (www.bellarosaturfsupply.com).
- Artificial grass rolls cut to a specific length will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Only the purchase of a full-length roll of turf is excluded from this restocking fee.
- Remnant purchases are non-refundable. Remnant artificial grass pieces may be clearly labeled on our website and/or shown in our Showroom. In both cases, the remnant may not be returned under this policy.
Non-Turf Merchandise Terms
- Non-turf merchandise may be returned in its original unopened, unused condition only.
- Any non-turf merchandise purchased at a discounted rate due to being open (such as “open bags”) are nonrefundable.
- Non-turf merchandise that was originally delivered or shipped will incur a 10% restocking fee. Will called non-turf merchandise will incur no such restocking fee.
Refund Payment Terms
- Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable, whether the delivery and/or shipping is completed by Bella Rosa Turf Supply or a common carrier.
- Refunds issued will be less any applicable delivery, shipping, and/or restocking fees.
- The original purchaser must be present in person for a return to be initiated.
- The original payment method shall be used to issue the return. If a credit card was used to make the purchase, it must be presented by the original purchaser for a return to be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days.
